Since my last post Poncho has had a semi-vacation. He hasn't really had anytime off however we have not gone in the ring once. We've stuck to the mare field for our work. And I must say the change is amazing!!!!
He's going on the bit consistently. He's cantering around on the right lead with total control, the left is still a work in progress. He's walking around on a loose rein cool as a cucumber.
Although this week has been really, really easy. Tuesday we walked for 10 minutes (I even had to hose him off before and after). Today we walked for 15 and he was drenched. Humidity is killer here now.
